A comfortable hotel and restaurant in a large landscaped garden setting on the outskirts of Santiago Atitlan.  We have 17 rooms, quite a variety from a few budget rooms at $35 SNG/$50 DBL, stone cottages at $65 SNG/ $80 DBL, Suites that accommodate up to four at $100-120, a three bedroom, two bath house for $160.  Restaurant serves an eclectic menu—breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We have two canoes, a kayak, paddle boat, bicycles, pool, steam bath/sauna and hot tubs for use by our hotel guests. Massage is available.

The Reserve is open daily 8am-5pm. Zip line tours leave at 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm. (Please arrive 30 minutes early for preparation and instruction).
